Great customer service

I had a loading issue with my app, so I contacted support. I wasn't expecting a very quick response over a holiday weekend, but Peter responded to me within a day and before I knew it- my app was working perfectly again with no issues. A huge thank you to Peter and the team at Busuu. You guys are stars. Now I can continue my learning journey with ease.

Quick resolution (with follow-up!)

I contacted customer service for help with a strange bug in the app. They said that they would look into the issue and get back to me. A few days later, I noticed that the feature had started working correctly again. I was happy enough with this, but then a few days after that I was contacted by customer service to let me know the issue had been corrected. I was very impressed both with the speed of resolving the issue and with the follow-up afterwards.

The difference that is making Bussu

My question was aswered in a few days, and explainig the idea that I don't understood in that moment; that's the commitment that costumers want in a product of this kind. I'm really happy and will keep using the app, thank you so much.

I subscribed to try a 7-day premium…

I subscribed to try a 7-day premium subscription on 20.03.2024 and decided to cancel it after 5 days. After numerous attempts on the website that was getting frozen after clicking on the cancellation button, I finally could see a note that my subscription was cancelled. Transferring to new mobile.

I had some difficulty getting my BUSUU app transferred to a new mobile. An e-mail to BUSUU sorted the problem out quickly and painlessly.
