This is the only language company that I have used and the format seems to work well for me. I have had some technical problems, which I have received help for, however continue to experience periodically. This requires rebooting and clearing caches. Currently it does not allow me to speak an answer for an exercise, but can only write it.

experience from my A2 test with Busuu

i haven’t receive my certificate yet and i contacted Busuu via e-mail. they send it to me on the next day and it was really helpful! and the result of my A2 test is not so good, i continue to contact Busuu again and Julia (from Busuu) answer my email and help me a lot to retake the test on the next day which makes me really happy, thank u Julia and Busuu.

They don’t refund your money

Course it’s not so bad. Nearly the same as duolingo. They didn’t refund my money after my cancellation didn’t go through. That sucked.

A very good way to learn a foreign language, with graded exercises, increasing in difficulty as you progress in your language learning. Good grammar lessons too. People should be aware though that there does appear to be fake profiles on there and although reported, they aren’t always taken down. Examples are where men, not exclusively but in particular, have never done any exercises in trying to learn a foreign language and who only seem to involve themselves in commenting on exercises ...
