I like the progressive approach of introducing new vocabulary and grammar concepts. I must say I learn quite a lot with the German language. I can now read little texts. I don't remember all the words I studied though. I think I would be able to have a little conversation with a native germans provided they don't speak too fast. Excellent customer service!

I had a minor issue that meant a lot to me personally, I emailed the customer service not expecting much but I was helped by Julia who fixed my problem completely and was so kind and understanding. Not to mention it was fixed very fast! It definitely cemented my decision to commit to Busuu as my language learning resource. I've tried several apps but this is by far my favorite! Great customer service from Alba

Used the app years ago and had changed email addresses. Contacted Busuu by email. I received a reply from Alba in less than 12 hours, with new login details so I could start using the app again. Thank you again Alba and Busuu for your help.
