Great design, but over complicated for a CRM

What do you like best? As CRM, Bullhorn probably has one of the best design & definitely huge potential, but... What do you dislike? Simple.. yet effective!

What do you like best? The simplicity of Bullhorn is a huge pro but also a con. There are many features within the ATS but it leaves a lot to be desired. What do you dislike? Reporting Portal is not very interactive. Integrations with job boards are limited unless you pay for a 3rd party vendor to manage the postings. What problems are you solving with the product? Clunky Software, but Useful for Tracking Candidates

What do you like best? The tearsheets are helpful to track groups of candidates by skills, occupation, etc. What do you dislike? It's very clunky to search for different skills, key words, etc. It's also very slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We track our candidates company-wide in Bullhorn, to keep tabs on who has been submitted to clients, skills, etc.

What do you like best? It is very easy to use, easy to implement and user-friendly. It offers a great customer service and provides regular updates of the software. It can operate multiple functionalities at once. It has an integration with other tools such as Outlook and Gmail. What do you like best? Bullhorn is one of the best recruiting tools since it filter out the right resumes with the right keywords. The most amazing feature is the mass email as it allows you to gather the right candidates and add them in a Tearsheet after which a mass email could be sent to all of them at once saving the time and effort. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The first thing I see when I log in are my most recent contacts, and that helps me stay on track with what employees are doing. Being able to follow work in such an ordered way helps me access each candidate accurately, which comes as no surprise-thanks to the amazing integration of Bullhorn with our website, every application is directly transmitted to Bullhorn, and we know who applied for which position and when.
