What do you like best? This is the best tool to track a record of our activities. Internally it helps more to work professionally. It is one of the best Data management tool. What do you like best? I like that bullhorn shows us company wide information on jobs and candidates. What do you dislike? Bullhorn can be hard to figure out at first. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s been nice to see the job opportunity we have open throughout the US and the candidates. What do you like best? The side bar on Bullhorn is the best tool for notes! It also parses in resumes on most job sites! What do you dislike? I don't like that resumes can parse in and create multiple resumes for the same candidate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This makes it so easy to save resumes and make notes

cutting edge ATS

What do you like best? user friendliness and API options. The parsing software is fast and intuitive. What do you dislike? cost is high but the integration and customization is fantastic. Data administration and quicker reporting and candidate experience is excellent.

It's good but has some limitations!

What do you like best? It connects to our applications, we can post jobs easily, and it is a helpful tool for tracking applicants and current associates. What do you dislike? You can't delete notes/records/etc. It's annoying that you have to be in each person's record to add appointments to the Bullhorn calendar. I don't like that there are so many duplicate files.
