The most user friendly and dynamic ATS in the market
What do you like best? The user interface is the easiest of all the other application tracking systems that I have used till date. There are so many add-on features like setting a reminder, adding extra notes, etc. The one feature I really really loved was the fact that I could pin the labels of the lists that I use constantly. What do you like best? I like that bullhorn shows us company wide information on jobs and candidates. What do you dislike? Bullhorn can be hard to figure out at first. What do you like best? The side bar on Bullhorn is the best tool for notes! It also parses in resumes on most job sites! What do you dislike? I don't like that resumes can parse in and create multiple resumes for the same candidate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? user friendliness and API options. The parsing software is fast and intuitive. What do you dislike? cost is high but the integration and customization is fantastic. It's good but has some limitations!
What do you like best? It connects to our applications, we can post jobs easily, and it is a helpful tool for tracking applicants and current associates. What do you dislike? You can't delete notes/records/etc. It's annoying that you have to be in each person's record to add appointments to the Bullhorn calendar. I don't like that there are so many duplicate files.
