Effective and easy to navigate

What do you like best? Bullhorn has capabilities to integrate with most 3rd party software and build in new tabs (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter Pro). Also love that you can navigate the database from your cell phone browser and call/email/text directly from there. The marketplace partners make it so there are plenty of new options. What do you like best? It's very average. Job posting is all right. What do you dislike? Horrible reporting, unless you pay extra and get trained in SQL, which is crazy.
