Bullhorn Reach is an effective tool in getting your message out.

What do you like best? Ease of use, ability to time when message goes out, also control of what message goes out and where. What do you dislike? Based on what I have experienced thus far I do not have a dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The number one concern is getting your message to the right candidate. The main benefit i have realized is the timing of when the message goes out and where.

Easy to navigate, great tool for recruiting

What do you like best? It was very straight forward. Other recruitment software is ancient and requires the memorization of DOS-like commands. I also thought the report specifications were pretty straight forward and you could narrow down a search quick and easy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The email integration in bullhorn, do not need to use outlook separately What do you dislike? Too slow, cannot link to job boards, email issues. What do you like best? The ability to send mass emails and to paste resumes into the database and have them automatically update. What do you dislike? The constant up and down of the system.
