Highs and lows

What do you like best? emailing a resume to have it uploaded. It great! What do you dislike? It has HORRIBLE ability to email candidates. Way too cumbersome. There is also no good way to push a candidates from one stage to the next. For all the whistles it has on it, the basic functionality is not there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am trying to solve managing a large number of applicants. None

What do you like best? As a manger of a recruitment team, JS offers a superb reporting function and ATS system where I can track and manage the process at all stages and understand the teams performance at all times. Very powerful tool with a few tweaks needed for it to be perfect. What do you dislike? The search function needs to be improved and understand that a new release is due soon as it pulls through too many contacts that are "close" but not perfect matches. ...

What do you like best? As a recruiter, I have seen quite a few systems and this is by far the best I have used. It has a great ATS with feedback and detail on record pages. It help when working in a team system for collaboration and communication. What do you dislike? The search function could be more accurate and have a ranking order. Usability is great however website can initially look overwhelming however this is a very small dislike and easily overcome. What problems are you solving with the product?
