Very useful once you figure out how to use it

What do you like best? The transparency it gives to all of our vendors and the ability for them to see all of their projects and track the milestones that they're paid out on. What do you dislike? You really have to play around in it to figure out how to do things. It's not very intuitive, and even some basic things I've wanted to do weren't covered in the help or the training section, so it's a lot of figuring things out on your own.
