Great software platform
Great software platform. Sometimes I think they are slow to respond and react, but I imagine the scale of growth is rapid right now. The e-pay and banking components in particular tend to have more bugs than the rest. I would suggest focusing on customer feedback for upgrades and updates like they have, and they can weather the growth storm.

The software is five stars no doubt. Wait times for help have been excessive in the past and would prevent my giving them fives stars until I have new experience with that.

Overall very good and worth the money
Overall very good and worth the money. There are a few areas where things could be improved. I've made several suggestions and the people to whom I recommend the changes agree that they're very reasonable. Tech support has gotten much better but can be frustrating. For example, when I call and have a 30 minute hold, I choose the callback feature. If they call when I'm on another line and can't take the call, I go to the end of the queue. So easy for tenants to make their rent…
So easy for tenants to make their rent payments. Great way to keep on top of leases and payments. Easy way to list an apartment, instantaneously.

Used to be great...now in decline
Used to always be 5 stars, but as they have added new features many of the old ones have broken or become much harder to use. The customer support has declined considerably as well unless you get lucky enough to catch a good rep. The new login authentication is terrible and has rendered the application practically useless in some of my properties because I can no longer login. I have begun shopping for new software for myself and all my clients/condo associations.

Decent program but not customer focused company
I’ve been using Buildium for a few years now and have for the most part found it functional and reliable. It’s not always been easy to reach someone on phone support when I have a question and there have been a few functionality issues that have been disappointing. The latest updates have made things more intuitive and user-friendly and the mobile app is simple and easy to use. Good software but has errors that need…
Good software but has errors that need fixed for example credit card info just gets dropped from time to time from accounts for no reason and when someone goes from year lease to a mo to mo lease it kicks them as a tenant and drops them and doesn't even charge rent until someone at office catches it. Some of these items should be fixed but after over a year of complaints they don't seem to fix what's needed to make this a good user friendly software and are more interested in selling ...

Need a child of Yardi/Buildium
Batch Reports - We send out the same reports every month but are unable to save these as a 'template' for repeat use. Yes, we can batch create, but I need to repeat the same process of batch creation EVERY month (or frequency of report). Report production is a process that should have full automation capability. In Yardi (competitor), one is able to save the report packet format and automate email delivery to the owner each month (or a frequency/day of month of your choosing). Originally on ...
