Long-term client for 13+ years, growing concerns

We have been a long-term client for 13+ years and are starting to get concerned about Buildium. We have seen new features drug out for years and still not useable, and changes to their listing syndications that we did not know about until we had to alert Buildium to the massive issues that it was creating. Hope to see some changes

Buildium software sophisticated product

Buildium software is a very sophisticated product but can be used at any level of competency. The more features that you use the better it performs. Electronic payments, documents, leasing, all valuable aspects of this product. The integrations continue to add value plus training videos can help you get started and launch a very efficient process.

Long time Buildium Client NOW EX CLIENT

Long time Buildium Client, when it was managed well and customer support matter to this Real Page Company. (10 plus years) Customer relations and support is NOT a priority to Buildium any longer. CSR reps are not trained on the entirety of their systems and we still are waiting on one account for 8 months and new account to be fixed by the IT team for the past 4 months. Horrible support, couldn't get it setup properly.

I signed up for a subscription to this service on 7/26/2023, and to date have not been able to get it working properly. Support finally replied today stating that they don't support my legal structure (multiple LLCs for holding properties) in their system. I requested a pro-rated refund and was told that under their terms and conditions they never issue refunds. Therefore, I have a service that I will not be using for the next 9 months because my business is not supported. Their customer ...

Poor supporting and customer service. Regretting moving to Buildium

I suggested my company move to Buildium almost one and half months ago. I already regretted. The courses from Buildium are good. However, the staff and customer services are horrible. We applied epay for a month or so ago, now still not working. The compliance team were slow and arrogant, many times just replying one simple sentence not giving constructive guidance.
