It helps you to better manage your properties
PROS: Buildium is one of the easiest tool when it comes to property management software. The setup of a new property and procuring tenants is easy to do. It offers advertising, so we can better develop from a few properties to almost 50. CONS: What I don’t like is how accounts got credited when the tenant pays the rent. Unresponsive Customer Service
I have tried to reach out to Buildium for support on multiple occasions via phone and email and never received responses to my inquiries. I have had a horrible experience with Buildium's Customer Service. My issues have largely revolved around linking bank accounts for auto clearing, a feature which has broken multiple times.

Lots of features available
Lots of features available for a reasonable price. Excellent platform for small to midsize property management companies. I would that they expand their development into leasing spaces and reduce time increments for leasing/ renting. (ie 1 hour, 1 day and so forth) or at least vacation rental type leasing. Other that it’s a good program with good customer support.

Love Buildium and all the program offers...
Love Buildium and all the program offers. But there are a few glitches with uploading photos that need to be addressed so that all applicable users see the same information without getting lost in the transitioning from one area to another.

What do you like best about Buildium? Vacancy tracking is much better using buildium than any other real estate property management service. We like being able to work with late payment surcharges, and with taxes in general. A great advantage that it brings is that it manages a good rental and vacancy tracking system, which can be constantly reviewed in online lists, and payment portfolios can be managed.
