NO customer service
NO customer service. Sales will call you back fast, however AFTER you are a customer, forget it. 11/14: Update - Customer service called me back and they, as always, were very helpful. My only request is that their new customer service reps be up and running as soon as possible. Buildium would have 5 stars after they can get the customer service under control. The gentleman I spoke to this morning…
The gentleman I spoke to this morning was very helpful and answered my question professionally. Thank you. BUT this has not been the case lately. I have not received call backs or responses to emails. The last email I sent I even replied that I am still waiting and offered my contact number. I still have heard nothing. On one phone call, that I didn't get the option for a review, I had someone laugh at my question. I USE TO brag about how wonderful your software and your customer service was.

Previously good support has dropped to zero
I would give Buildium 5 stars but over the past month I have not been able to get any support . Support tickets are acknowledged by ROBO email but real responses never appear. There is no way to track the status of any support ticket as that feature was dropped. The hold times were more than 30 minutes every time I recently called and gave up. Email pleas go unanswered. I do have support issues which need attention badly. Threats of giving a bad review have been ignored. I am tempted to ...

Gustavo rocks!
I left a call back number this morning when I called Buildium and got a call back almost immediately! And it was my lucky day as "Gustavo" was on the other end. He cleared up my confusion on two separate issues I was having and made my day! He was polite, patient and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! Just the best experience this morning and I learned some things that will help me in the future as well. (This guy deserves a big fat raise!) Thanks, Gustavo! "I HATE THIS SOFTWARE"
What do you like best about Buildium? We have several departments that use buildium, obviously, we manage properties. My perspective on this software comes solely from the property maintenance aspect. There is a ton of data entry, which feels slightly redundant at times. The good thing is that you have access to everything about a property from A-Z, including tenants, owners, repairs, inspections, etc.

Buildium makes managing properties a snap.
Buildium makes managing my rent houses a snap. It tracks my expenses and makes it easy for my tenants to pay online. Today I had to figure out how to delete a new lease and reinstate the lease I just removed. In about 5 minutes Jake had fixed all of my problems. This was a great support experience.

"Efficient Tracking"
What do you like best about Buildium? User friendly, customizable, reliable for the most part. Good tenant portal as I use it both as a tenant and as a property manager. Fast replies by customer support.
