They promised the moon and delivered squat. I was very specific about what I needed and they promised to provide it. I needed details utility invoices and what I got was one line - no reading, no usage, no rate, nada

I been from resident side

I been from resident side, and my payment went missing. After two weeks trying to contact customer support, is a disaster, they do not call you back. I end up calling my bank and opening a claim getting a refund. First had good experience, now highly do not recommend to use this platform.

Stay away

Stay away! Horrible service, salesmen, and support team!! A Buildium sales rep signed me up under the agreement that I could connect my credit cards to Buildium's accounting software. Upon signing up, I realized this to be not true. I promptly contacted him to have my account closed and he essentially ghosted me. I reached out to the customer service team and they told me they had processed my cancellation and that I should receive a refund. I never did, so I followed up over the course ...

What do you like best about Buildium? It works well as the property management software for the condo associations we manage. What do you dislike about Buildium?

Look elsewhere

Software is decent once everything is up and running but the setup and support is terrible. Farmed out customer service with terrible follow through and no accountability. Cheaper options are out there now with as good of software and better setup/support.

Amazing ptoduct and great service

It is soooo easy to use and the staff are great when we hit a glitch. The service is way above what we were expecting as it took days for our previous company to get back to us, if at all.

I've used many apartment managing software's. Buildium is by far the best. It is user friendly for the residents, and power enough for management. Many features make it easy to email statements and balance due notifications. Financials are good and easy to import/export when needed. Maintenance tickets in the system are easy to manage and I like the ability to update the residents on progress and repair schedule. It makes us show that we are on our game and let them know that they are ...

Buildium is pretty straightforward and easy to use! They have worked to add necessary components and continue to upgrade the software so we always have what we need at our fingertips!

We have been with Buildium now about 60…

We have been with Buildium now about 60 days. The onboarding process was fairly smooth, the access to Support has been night and day compared to the poor access to support at Appfolio. There are a few features missing from the platform that hopefully will come on the road map soon. They are innovating and continuing to make improvements. Buildium is a platform we can grow with.
