Is Buildium GOING OUT OF BUSINESS? Is anyone else having trouble getting hold of a human being at Buildium?!?!?!?!? I was on hold for 5 hours yesterday! Till the system disconnected me. No customer service agents available. I called the sales department and immediately a human answered. They were very nice but had no way of transferring my call to anywhere else in the company, not even a manger. It is day 2 now and no answer from Buildium. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. It is extremely user-UNfriendly. The system goes down regularly, so you cannot get any work done. The customer service people are knowledgeable, IF you have a problem during their limited business hours, and have the patience to wait for a callback for a few hours. I would not recommend this program to anyone. We are a small property management firm and we need reliable service.

LOUSY COMPANY - BEWARE!!!

This software program and customer support is terrible. I have been paying since July, 2019 and it is now December, 2019 and I have not been able to go "Live" with the program. Essentially I have paid over $1300 CDN for NOTHING. I plan or proceeding with a law suit against this company. DO NOT USE!!!

Horrible customer service for a lot of…

Horrible customer service for a lot of money. Hasn't taken my applicants credit card for months but they still want to charge $700 a year when the system is broken. Snarky customer service, even though I cancelled and theywon't return my fees for the next year. Don't even begin to think about using them.

"Innovative, feature rich and constantly improving!"

What do you like best about Buildium? We have been a long-time customer of Buildium. Having compared and sandboxed many other competitor platforms, we found Buildium to be one of the easiest programs to launch and scale to the growth of our portfolios. Sure, we still look at what the competition has to offer now and then, but we have yet to have a compelling reason to switch!

Crappy guys in development does NOT listen to customers concerns. Beware! they will NOT LISTEN TO YOU. "We will look into it and suggest it to development, but no guarantee they will implement your needs" 414 909 3279 call me before you purchase. I'll give you my experiences

Application Fee

In my opinion, Buildium used to be great. Others in my office have felt that buildium has gone down hill. I was always an advocate of Buildium until recently, when i started seeing the same. The application process has been trash since i started my leasing season this year around October 1st.The credit cards do not process, get rejected, or the card information just doesnt show up. I've had Buildium for about 2 years and…

I've had Buildium for about 2 years and loved it so much but in recent months it's been a terrible experience. I pay for the Pro plan and pay an annual fee. My customers can no longer pay with a credit card when filling out rent applications because of the encryption problem with Wells Fargo for at least 6 months now. Still not fixed. I've had multiple technical issues with my two-factor authentication codes. I lost almost 24 hours to be able to do critical work I needed to do. It takes ...

As a "manager" of a small self-managed strata, I really never got into the "buildium" way of doing things...and got behind on my book keeping. I did get my account back up and then my card changed and the account was de-activated again. Apparently the terms changed and this time....no data, it was erased.That alone is worth the 1 star.
