A bit pricey But Worth It!
Buildium software is extremely versatile & useful for property managers. Although it was primarily created for companies who don't actually own property, its versatility is such that Property Owners who manage their own properties & wish to record purchase & renovation can do so. The worst thing about Buildium is that it is not so user-friendly. It takes a while to learn how to use the software effectively. It works great
It works great, it's a little pricey, but worth it due to the great support. Anytime I have any issues, they resolve them quickly. I highly recommend Buildium.
