Perfect interface for handling properties and tenants in one

PROS: This is a useful platform with many amazing features. It allows communication between users in the company, making monitoring and confirming regular tasks easier. It allows efficient access to files we need as well. CONS: This app doesn’t offer free or trial versions. Also, it has some problems when uploading files, especially those with large size. We have to upload them in parts. This is too time-consuming for us.

Property management app that works efficiently

PROS: This is the best property management platform I’ve found. It has a convenient and efficient UI, plus its automated features are cool. CONS: This doesn’t allow searching through application numbers. Other than that, I find this app great.

PROS: This is an easy to use and dependable platform that offers great customization features. It has a great tenant interface that is useful for me as a property manager and as a tenant. Its user support is reliable and responds immediately as well.

PROS: Buildium is a fantastic property management app with an efficient payment system. It handles different modes of payments, and it verifies credits easily. It’s convenient to compute late payments and budget through Buildium too. Moreover, managing tax and maintenance costs is easier with the platform.

What do you like best about Buildium? The client portals and task tracking are fantastic. It is user-friendly and easy to explain to owners and tenants how to access their information.

What do you like best about Buildium? Honestly, my favorite part of Buildium is the home dashboard and all the options there, making the tool most helpful to me. As a visual person, I like to be able to see what I need to process. Whatever is most pressing at the time (outstanding balances, rental applications, etc) is what will sit up highest on my dashboard.

PROS: It features great payment and tax management system, meaning the app allows us to track payments of tenants easily. It helps in managing vacancies, late payments, taxes, and even insurance among other vital details. Plus, it has great features for classifying tenants and some efficient features for communicating with them.

PROS: This platform makes tracking rentals and vacancies easier, which helps in regular reviewing of online listing. It also has efficient portfolio management features. Moreover, the platform allows easy handling of late payment surcharges and taxes such as income tax. It’s easy to add properties to manage using this platform too, and it’s possible to categorize them by location, owner, or name.

An awesome platform that continuously improves

PROS: This platform has great support staff. Once you need help, an actual person will answer your call. They don’t use bots for user support. CONS: It’s difficult to use at first, but it becomes easy when you already have a good grasp over the app. Our old employees took a week to learn using the platform, whereas new ones only took about a day. This is probably because new employees already have older workers as guides.
