"Buildium is a great management software"

What do you like best about Buildium? Buildium has alot of tools in order to help manage properties. I like the ability to switch between different properties when there is multiple assets in the portfolio.

What do you like best about Buildium? I like the ease of setting up new tenants, vendors, new leases, and rent payments for the tenant portal. It's easy to create tickets for both tenants and to create tickets for vendors as well. Very straightforward, and the reporting function is great for running reports for rent roll or tenant contacts for mass emails.

Badly organized software program

Wasted a lot of time and money trying to implement Buildium. The software is inflexible and cumbersome to use and you can’t even try it out without spending a lot of money. Don’t waste your time on Buildium, we did and regret it. They don’t even make cancelling easy

expect to be oversold and under impressed

I own 18 units and manage others. I work with computer/tech during my day job. I couldn't get my date to "onboard" which at the point of sale was "super easy" then when I had issues with their required excel format I could buytech support. I had already paid for a year in advance. After 6 hours being wasted attempting to get onboard I wanted to quit and they told me no refund. Now I grew my company and bought out my mentor and they told me to pound sand...They are still unwilling to either ...

What do you like best about Buildium? There are a lot of great benefits and features Buildium offers. One of them being how simple and easy it is to keep track of all leasing. This includes marketing, applications, and lease signing.

What do you like best about Buildium? I love that everything is housed in one place - work orders, expenses, SMS communications with tenants, email templates, literally every aspect of Property Management can be done from within Buildium!
