"A good all around system for managing many properties"

What do you like best about Buildium? I really like the online payment option for tenants and landlords. Before Buildium, we had to hand write checks and keep track of payments, deductions, and communication with a bunch of other programs such as gmail and spreadsheets. It's nice to have everything in one place. Plus, it's a benefit that the landlord can look at the financials and documents anytime they like.

What do you like best about Buildium? Well, first of all, I appreciate the way Buildium looks. The interface is not too loud for the eyes.
