The building management tool perfect for new users like me

PROS: I like how this software helps people like me who is not tech-savvy. I don’t need to be an expert to learn its feature. It’s manual is simple. CONS: There is nothing to dislike about this product because of its simplicity and many features.

What do you like best about BuildingLink.com? Front desk instruction, dashboard tools are easily accessible. The ease of going from the computer site to the mobile app is seamless. The ease of a virtual mailbox within the site to send out daily emails about renovations or water shut off is awesome. There is concierge version that can be used offline and helps keep records up to date when the internet is out.

What do you like best about BuildingLink.com? I like that everything is basically right there at your fingertips, literally. Every option on the screen is self explanatory and if you happen to get confused, all you have to know how to do is read.

Compared to other rivaling software, like Rent Cafe, Building Link is much better organized and intuitive. It's easy to send out group e-mails without having to shuffle through Outlook's clunky address book.
