Does the job well.

PROS: I find Building Engines very convenient. I think it’s great that they have made this robust program available on mobile devices. Thanks to this feature, I can easily send updates to my clients even when I’m out on the field. CONS: I wish that the program would make all client details within reach. The app could use a bit of upgrade.

PROS: This has helped us make a positive impression on our tenants. With its help, we're more responsive and organized. Efficiency and open communication are two of its most positive results. CONS: The mobile app isn't as sophisticated as I had hoped it would be. The design looks very old and the functions are not as complete as the desktop version. I wish that they would develop this aspect a bit more.

A great communication tool.

PROS: Building Engine facilitates smooth communication between our company and everyone we deal with. I love how it easily connects us to our residents and other third-party businesses. We can promptly respond to requests or issues and even go back and forth with them via email. CONS: There's nothing I would change about it. Everything is easy to use and affordable.

CONS: I don't like how it floods the inboxes of the people I deal with at work (be it partners or clients) with frequent updates. I hope they would give us more freedom to dictate the volume and frequency of email communications.

Very handy, especially its app version.

PROS: The mobile app is very convenient. It has an auto-update feature so we know when there is progress with a specific task that we have assigned. CONS: It costs a little more than their competitors.

So far, so good!

PROS: This program is well-designed, and it shows. First of all, it's user-friendly. Second, it's very flexible. You can tell that this was designed with the end-goal of supporting its users. Most of its facets are configurable based on our needs. The app is very convenient too. Through it, we can file for cases and work orders on the spot--we don't have to run to our desks to do so.
