"Organized, Impressive, and well thought out."

What do you like best about Building Engines? The ability to store valuable files like Business Licenses and COIs. Responsive support team!

PROS: I think it's great that we're given freedom to configure it according to our preferences. We've been able to handpick the features with the help of their reps. Even now that everything has been set-up, they continue to deliver quality support. CONS: There was a time when two versions had been available in the market. As users, we had to jump between these versions to make sure that we don't miss any requests that may come our way. Needless to say, it was very inconvenient.

Task-tracking has never been this easy!

PROS: Building Engines helps us respond quickly to requests from tenants and send in the support crew that they need. CONS: It would be nice to track our orders to know if our request is being worked on or not.

Does the job well.

PROS: I find Building Engines very convenient. I think it’s great that they have made this robust program available on mobile devices. Thanks to this feature, I can easily send updates to my clients even when I’m out on the field. CONS: I wish that the program would make all client details within reach. I want to always be transparent with my clients (or even other external parties), and it is such a hassle to be directed to another page just to retrieve their phone details. It would be ...
