"Building Engines is Great. Prism Has been a Nightmare."

What do you like best about Building Engines? Everything functioned properly with no issues. And if there was any problems they were quick to fix. Some featrues were great but since we have switched we miss some of these features. What do you dislike about Building Engines? Currently the only issues i have is Prism application. It does not work properly. and the Costumer service team for that side of the company lacks in major ways. 2 Month Response times are beyond crazy and the Mobile app ...
