What do you like best about Building Engines? Ability to stay in field without having to return to desk to respond to work orders What do you dislike about Building Engines? Lags a bit on our WIFI. But there is nothing else that I have noticed What problems is Building Engines solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting to associates request in a more timely manner and complete faster

What do you like best about Building Engines? It is easy to use and very user friendly. The support staff is prompt and knowledgeable. Always a pleasant experience. What do you dislike about Building Engines? Sometimes tenants are not able to login and their password has to be reset. Not sure if this is due to updates or something on their end, but one person kept having this issue, so I deleted them out of the system and then added them back and they haven't had the problem ...

Building Engines has grown significantly in the last 10 years. Great news for BE and the improvements are great. What do you dislike about Building Engines? The call center experience is new for me. "Working with Building Engines has made Tenant Services easier and matters comprehensible."

What do you like best about Building Engines? User friendly! The ability to create and make changes, whether it be added a building/property, or making changes within a work order. What do you dislike about Building Engines? You can only set up an out of office time span one at a time. Would be AWESOME to be able to create several vacation schedules for one person.
