Mostly User Friendly
What do you like best? I love the organization of most aspects of the job. What do you dislike? Adding the selections is incredibly difficult. There are 6 or 7 steps per selection. When you build mostly custom homes, it makes for a lot of data entry that a small company like ours doesn't have a lot of time for, and it isn't cost effective to hire a data entry person. What do you like best? BuilderTrend is a web based portal that allows myself, a contractor, to share information with clients and subcontractors very easily. What do you dislike? Although it boasts many great qualities and much of the offerings are revisable, there are a few things that are not changeable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expediting how things are done such as scheduling, submittals, RFI's, RFP;s, billing, etc.

Slow But Functional
What do you like best? I love the ability to have a living document that all people can collaborate on to build a home with almost no details missed. What do you dislike? It is dreadfully slow for most of our office. We struggle to work quickly & efficiently. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More collaborators, more accountability for all employees. Keeps everyone up to date.

What do you like best? I appreciate all our digital tools being in one place, time sheets, documents, communication, tasks, and more. BT helps us stay efficient and keep getting more efficient. Great Software for Construction/Remodel Businesses
What do you like best? When building a house from scratch or even a remodel project it’s great for not only the boss but the client to see the day to day progress; this lets them do that and can watch the whole process from start to finish! BuilderTrend from Home Builder Purchasing Manager
What do you like best? The ability to keep all purchase orders and selections for new homes together in one program. No need to manually enter things into QuickBooks either since they're able to be connected. What do you dislike? There are sometimes glitches when using parts of the budgeting section. Great for construction!
What do you like best? Buildertrend is great for subcontractors like myself. The scheduling, messaging, and progress features are amazing. Conducting estimates has never been easier.
