Great General Construction Software
What do you like best? Buildertrend has been a big part of our company for the past 5 years. The scheduling and the budgeting are the big strong points for me. I love that the sub contractors have their own portal and can view and accept POs and are notified of schedule changes. It also allows subs to keep tabs on where the job is with the use of daily logs. What do you dislike? I have found that it has some limitations on what the POs can do. What do you like best? The best feature about builder trend is our ability to manage, track, and follow turns in our homes. we are able to schedule, prioritize and update jobs as they go along. Complete and Useful Software
What do you like best? Easy to use software that allows me to organize all my construction projects and easily communicate with my employees. The mobile app is very useful as well. Storage of unlimited pictures for projects. The calendar is quite useful. When I change something, the software automatically notifies all relevant parties of the new dates. Comprehensive and great training and support!
What do you like best? As with most Contractor software, they are not all a perfect solution, and most over promise and under deliver. Builder Trend has excellent training and support. Their team is always improving and adding features to the software. It does sync with QuickBooks Desktop. What do you dislike? It does not do AIA billing format. What do you like best? (CRM portion Job info for keeping track of customer info. What do you dislike? They didn't have an app when we used it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Research other products to make sure you are getting what suits your company. What problems are you solving with the product? Very Counter Intuitive Program, Great Potential but Lack of Execution
What do you like best? Track Phases throughout the project and share files company wide What do you dislike? Navigation is counter-intuitive and redundant. Several unnecessary options you have to click thru to do basic tasks. Needs to combine Files and Photos uploads into one directory. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Manage projects company wide and give access to team members that need it.
