Great Builder Based Product for Construction Industry
What do you like best? Buildertrend offers great integration from tracking purchase orders, maintain subcontractor communication, sharing progress through social media, and tracking warranty for the residential construction industry. What do you dislike? The on-boarding time to bring everything into the system and the time to integrate the previous homes that were completed prior to utilizing the program was a bit extensive and time consuming but that is similar with most programs. ...

What do you like best? The program is user friendly. No major learning curve. Simple to learn and great tool when dealing with investors or clients who wish to be actively engaged on a project. What do you like best? Very easy to track jobs and keep up on progress of the jobs What do you dislike? Nothing so far. so new to it I have not found anything I dont like. Recommendations to others considering the product great for tracking jobs, billing and plans. Also able to communicate well within the program What business problems are you solving with the product? Great for small builders
What do you like best? I like that all areas of the construction team can use the software - the guys in the field, the project managers, the design team, the subcontractors and even the accounting team. It summarizes data well. What do you dislike? For larger builders the software seems to have difficult working at the same speed while holding so much data, although I believe this has gotten better over the past year.
