What do you like best about bswift? Implementation of benefits administration exceeded our expectations. The team included a strong project leader with a deep knowledge of benefits and Microsoft tools. The software would be very appropriate to a smaller company with a standard menu of benefits (no options) and no unusual employment situations. "Lots of need for improvement"
What do you like best about bswift? The idea of integration within your payroll takes a lot of time and effort away trying to keep data in two places. What do you dislike about bswift? There are major issues with correct data being uploaded, the help is slow to come when needed, very difficult to navigate and try to fix issues, no formal training on user side on how to use platform. What do you like best about bswift? There is an online portal (for a $ 20 per transaction fee) - when it is working. What do you dislike about bswift? The plan was changed at the end of the month and charged retroactively to the 1st of the month. Then, the difference was charged as late and after the grace period. After speaking with 4 people (including a manager), they were not able to resolve my issue. Inconsistent and wrong information was given to me by multiple people (including the ...
