What do you like best? I like the design and easy navigation; I like the "ecommerce" feel to it form the user experience. It's nice to be bale to have that option, for the user to select their benefits and immediately see the cost per paycheck in the "shopping cart". Client support from bswift has been very professional and easy to reach. What do you like best? The "ask emma" feature is really cool. It is really helpful in deciding where to enroll based on your needs. Emma searches for your preferred doctor or hospital as well. What do you dislike? As a user I haven't experienced any difficulty or problem with the platform. Though they need to enhance their database of doctors and hospitals and keep it up to date. What do you like best? Implementation of benefits administration exceeded our expectations. The team included a strong project leader with a deep knowledge of benefits and Microsoft tools. The software would be very appropriate to a smaller company with a standard menu of benefits (no options) and no unusual employment situations.
