What do you like best? There is an online portal (for a $ 20 per transaction fee) - when it is working. What do you dislike? The plan was changed at the end of the month and charged retroactively to the 1st of the month. Then, the difference was charged as late and after the grace period. After speaking with 4 people (including a manager), they were not able to resolve my issue. Inconsistent and wrong information was given to me by multiple people (including the manager). What problems are ...

What do you like best? This product is reliable and easy to use for benefits administration. What do you dislike? The fact that there is not a mobile feature makes it hard to think about retaining long-term. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I personally like the ease of usability from both an employee and employer perspective. It's intuitive and guides employees quickly to making selections during open enrollment and qualifying life event changes. What do you dislike? Currently receive benefit change file via shared folder with Bswift. It would be nice to actually download the file directly from the Bswift portal.
