"First time using BSwift"

What do you like best about bswift? It was able to get up and running quickly for open enrollment, thanks to our broker, who helped with integration and setup. Easy to use for employees and to load data quickly for rollout. What do you dislike about bswift? The data integration post-enrollment, for data to feed from bswift into our HRIS was time-consuming, it took about 3 months to build out the data sets and integrate for a data feed into our HR system. What do you like best about bswift? that it list all my benefits in one place, selection is easy and comparison is nice during the enrollment process. What do you dislike about bswift? I think it could be more "bubbly" like cleaner looking and relatable. What problems is bswift solving and how is that benefiting you? Paper enrollments are a thing of the past, materials library, so I do not have to send an email with all that information included.

What do you like best about bswift? I really enjoyed the "Ask Emma" feature of Bswift when enrolling for benefits for the year. This feature was not available previously and it was nice to know there was a tool to help me navigate what options were best for me and my family. What do you dislike about bswift? What do you like best about bswift? We mainly chose this platform to administer our benefit enrollments for multiple locations across the US. This interactive program guides our employees through the enrollment process and offers recommendattions for specific needs by asking a few questions. We like the bilingual options, integrated videos and educational documents that can be added. Customizable dashboard to notify employees of essential topics and ease of use. What do you like best about bswift? One stop shop for all my benefit information. Easy access for all the various vendors that are used with SSO. What do you dislike about bswift? Nothing comes to mind at this time right now. What problems is bswift solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to access benefit vendors and information along with enrollment.

What do you like best about bswift? Bswift is easy for our employees to use. What do you dislike about bswift? Sometimes bswift does connect right away. What problems is bswift solving and how is that benefiting you? Bswift lets employees easily log in and select their employee benefits at enrollment time. It's a good tool to use to get snapshots of employee enrollment as a whole.
