Outstanding chat application option

I had been searching and testing multiple chat applications for work purposes and found Brosix to be outstanding above all. An outstanding feature was being able to adjust the position and timeframe of alert notifications, which ensures in a busy workplace no messages are left unread. The option to integrate a live chat into websites I found very appealing also. The team at Brosix are very responsive when seeking help and all around I highly recommend it.

We really love Brosix at our office

We really love Brosix at our office. We use the screen sharing feature all the time for training and to avoid face to face meetings during covid. I always get a quick response to my helpdesk requests as well. The staff votes for Brosix over Skype (which they hated).

Excellent product

Excellent product, support and price. HIPAA compliance with multiplatform support (We use windows client, android client and webapp) with our professional services company (and prevously to that with our multi-speciallty healthcare practice). We've been a customer since 2015 and every technical issue we've experienced has been quickly responded to and resolved. There aren't many companies where the company president will respond to your emails.

"THE BEST TOOL TO WORK WITH EMPLOYEES ALL OVER THE WORLD!"

What do you like best about Brosix? First off, the ease of setup. So flawless and straightforward. However, the utility to send files over the network to another user is fantastic. We work with teams in India, and having the ability to send/receive files in real-time has been a massive bonus for us. What do you dislike about Brosix? What do you like best about Brosix? We use Brosix for an internal company chat across different types of devices.
