What do you like best? The ability to have all of the child's information in one place on an electronic device. The daycare has saved a lot of paper since switching to brightwheel. Brightwheel is the future of daycare check-in

What do you like best? Parents can easily check in their children daily and teachers can send notes to the parents about their children. I also love that parents can add a photo of their child and their dietary needs. What do you dislike? Sometimes the app goes down randomly during the work day and we are unable to use it. What do you like best? This really bridges the gap between the home and school by allowing parents and teachers to communicate with eachother throughout the day What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is the billing platform it is lacking many features (Applying vacation credits to account, etc). What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The communication aspect... it's nice to have that right at my fingertips What do you dislike? What do you like best? Able to have individual pictures, also many fields for information. What do you dislike? This attendance section is separate from the rest of the information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Name verification and timing verification of activities. Good for communication.

Such a great program!

What do you like best? Check In/Out, Parent communication, Student data, billing, billing reports- I don't think I could possibly choose one thing! The only thing we aren't currently using would be the lesson plans/observations. We plan to begin using those this summer! What do you dislike? When pulling multiple reports, I frequently have to close the program in between reports or the second report pulls all data (rather than just for the dates requested). I would like more options ...

Pretty good app to communicate with parents

What do you like best? It’s easy to use. It’s nice to be able to post future updates (planned activities for the day) and I like that when I go to upload the pictures that the picture pops up as the background so I know which picture I’m sending and able to chose the right child so there are no mix ups with parents getting the wrong pictures of the wrong kid. What do you like best? We love the way you can communicate with Brightwheel throughout the day to our parent population. Sending photos is huge and it has made that so simple! What do you dislike?
