What do you like best about Brightpearl? Easy to use and give us full access to all customer data and all the data we have stored internally. Just transitioned to Brighpearl...
When our order management platform Stitchlabs announced they were being bought (by Square I think?) last year, and announced they'd be sunsetting the Stitchlabs platform sometime around mid-2021, we tried to take advantage of being forced to find a new platform. Our company in many ways had already outgrown Stitchlabs, and the market for replacements felt like there were only 1:1 replacements, or the option to jump to a full ERP platform (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc).
