What do you like best about Brightpearl? Really powerful tool for multi-channel businesses to sell products across many sales channels. Lots of APIs so integration is easy both using pre-built integrations and also writing our own. Our business uses Brightpearl every day and relies on it. What do you dislike about Brightpearl? What do you like best about Brightpearl? Great platfrom that offers support for all aspects of business operations, especially the integration of third-party apps to streamline work flows. What do you dislike about Brightpearl? More detailed documentation online - We have had to get in touch with BP to clear up gaps when implementing add-ons and third-party apps. What problems is Brightpearl solving and how is that benefiting you? Integration with an existing Megento ecommerce platform. ...

What do you like best about Brightpearl? Reliable software that has helped us scale over the last 2 years. Links well to our website and very good for basic back end use. What do you dislike about Brightpearl? Clunky back end that is in need of an update compared to other options. Reporting could be made easier also. What problems is Brightpearl solving and how is that benefiting you? Brightpearl links well to our multi stores, we use to keep track of stock, orders and any customer issues.

What do you like best about Brightpearl? They have an xcellent customer service team and we enjoy a good relationship with the technical team. Overall, high quality people who are impressive in their field. What do you dislike about Brightpearl? We would like to have more access to the data held within the system to allow for better stock and purchasing. What do you like best about Brightpearl? Very clear and easy to use and a great price. Saves my company a lot of time and money! What do you dislike about Brightpearl? Sending email campaigns to customers is a little outdated and clunky to use compared to something like mailgun or mail chimp. What problems is Brightpearl solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping good and easy track of warehouse stock means we can see what stock needs replenishing.
