SAAS fueled by greed

Left BrightPearl after being clients for 5 years. The level of disrespect we received from the sales team was unprecedented. Cocky, rude, unethical. There is a bad vibe in that company and it's run like a "boiler room".

Unambitious and greedy company

I have been with Brightpearl for about 5 years but am leaving. At long last. I tried to leave last year but they were very unaccommodating and I was forced to continue for another year as they wouldn't offer a short contract (3 months) to allow me to start with the new software at the beginning of my financial year. "Excellent CRM and WMS"

What do you like best about Brightpearl? Great out of the box package, it does everything we need it to in terms of managing our customer and their orders. What do you dislike about Brightpearl? Quite a few useful features that you would expect to be included in the price are not, they are add-ons (automation, shipping integrations, bulk emailing etc) What problems is Brightpearl solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to keep on top of when customer contact is needed easily.
