What do you like best? I find the reporting really useful to have everything in one place and to include all the information to our clients in one report. What do you dislike? What do you like best? BrightLocal's outstanding customer service is what sets it apart from its competitors. There are other services that can achieve the same result, but I'm unsure they offer the same level of attentiveness. What do you dislike? I wish you could automate citation renewals. Great local rankings tool

What do you like best? I love that they target generic city IPs for ranking which is realistic in capturing a broader search footprint . What do you dislike? The setup is horrifically long. The citation management can also get costly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Local ranking reporting.

Great SEO Tools, Services, and Support

What do you like best? The tools and services provided by BrightLocal is top notch when it comes to keeping up-to-date on client's SEO information. It's also a great reporting tool to send reports to clients on how they are doing. I'e also enjoyed how quickly and easily the support team has helped me through any issues or questions I've had.
