What do you like best? BrightLocal does exactly what it says it is going to do - it doesn't over-promise, then under-deliver. Excellent for Local SEO and Local Listing Management when used in conjunction with powerful keyword and backlink tools such as as it is perfect to help small/mid-sized businesses get ranked. What do you like best? Tons of functionality with easy to understand and affordable pricing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? BrightLocal has incredible customer service. We’ve worked with several different reputation systems and whenever the system malfunctions it would take several days or sometimes weeks to receive a response. We would follow up daily and 3 weeks later we’d be lucky if the error was fixed. Bright Local is a citation building machine!

What do you like best? I work for a small creative web design and seo company and Bright Local makes building citations and tracking NAP in directories for our clients a breeze. Plus analytics, integration with Google My Business and Facebook, reputation management, and a local search audit, I use Bright Local every day. What do you dislike?
