Your Customer Service ROCKS!

What do you like best? BrightLocal has incredible customer service. We’ve worked with several different reputation systems and whenever the system malfunctions it would take several days or sometimes weeks to receive a response. We would follow up daily and 3 weeks later we’d be lucky if the error was fixed. What do you like best? I love that they target generic city IPs for ranking which is realistic in capturing a broader search footprint . What do you dislike? The setup is horrifically long.
