On-boarding with Faiza

Many thanks to Faiza for her unbelieveable patience as part of our on-boarding process, which was not helped at all due to IT issues at my end (which she also managed to navigate me round). Nothing was too much trouble and even the request for an immediate follow up call to help me with an issue was actioned straight away.
