My husband signed up with a package 6…

My husband signed up with a package 6 months ago to help manage staff at the store but he never got much use out of the blip. Today he spoke to Harry who helped him set up blip so that all the staff can clock in when they get to work.

Great people to have on your team

As someone not well versed in HR matters working with Julie at BrightHR was a huge comfort. The process to get started was easy, the charges very reasonable and whenever I needed advice or a question answered, Julie was always there. Excellent service all round.

Junior was very good at listening and letting you have your say and the assuring you that the matter will be looked at. He then responded very quickly confirming the investigation had started. 2 days later I had an outcome, it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Great first impression!

I had my first experience using Bright HR today regarding advice on a few separate matters. Both departments were helpful and provided great assistance to me, the novice! I must however highlight the technical department representative, Darren Sharpe. Darren was concise, patient, and went beyond my requests to point out extra options, such as employee benefits, something I would not have known about. A very productive phone call by all accounts.

Had half hour training with Natasha…
