Issues with mandatory leave
I spoke with Azan this morning regarding an issue with mandatory holiday deduction. He was very helpful and supportive and talked me through how to rectify the issue. It did take a couple of tries but we got there in the end. His instruction was clear and very understandable ( especially for someone who is not tech savvy) Thank you

Jason Lilley is very approachable and provides space to explain the situation before asking relevant questions or making comment. Despite his obvious HR knowledge, at no point does he behave in a superior way when explaining legal process or the reasoning behind requirements.
