Support was really good
Support was really good. Spoke with Ben Spencer today, who was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear and concise way. He didn't rush me and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to know. Great service.

Excellent customer support once again resolved problems with the BLIP software
Blip software keeps malfunctioning on my IPHONE and for example in the recent past I was forced to update my phones installed operating system, when the BLIP software suddenly froze and today first the blip software froze on loading the geofence, and then refused to accept the then current password. Elyse was extremely helpful with the onboarding she performed, she explained things clearly and in a professional way, we went through the system step by step with clear instructions on how to use the system. Elyse explained the support network available for new users which i found very helpful. a very pleasant experience.

I called the helpline for information…
I called the helpline for information that had been sent to me as I could not find it on the portal. The lady (Joy) was able to direct me to the information's location very quickly. Had I been searching for this myself, I probably would of missed my retiring date and or a telegram from the King.
