What do you like best about BrightHire? BrightHire is a seamless tool for both the interviewer and the candidate. It has the ability to place flags, star noteworthy moments, and make notes all in one place. Also, the ability to search through conversations is a game changer. The customer success team is very supportive if you need any help.

What do you like best about BrightHire? The ease of use and quick visualization of calls. It's easy to identify highlights or even areas of concern with candidates through icons and the star rating. Our team does not use it as a micro-management tool but as a way to hold themselves accountable to professional development. It takes the pressure off of the recruiter from rapidly typing notes during a call and allows them to be present and truly listen.

What do you like best about BrightHire? My favorite thing about BrightHire is the ability to create screening guides that are easy to follow during calls. Also, the transcription of the calls are spot on! I love that I can listen to my calls in their entirety, or jump to different parts.

What do you like best about BrightHire? As someone who does a lot of peer interviews across many function areas, I adore BrightHire. Since interviewees are interviewing us, too, I like that I can be 100% present (vs. taking notes). This means I can ask clarifying questions or follow-up questions without missing a beat. I can use the video or transcript to make my notes and consider my recommendation to the hiring team with greater confidence.

What do you like best about BrightHire? The video option is amazing, because it allows me to go back and playback the video for better evaluation. Also I love the automated notes that pop up in relation to the interview, which is helpful if I missed anything from the conversation.

What do you like best about BrightHire? BrightHire is incredibly helpful for note-taking purposes. It allows you to focus on the conversation and not have to worry about catching every detail in live time. The ability to go back and read a transcript and pick out bits and pieces that were important makes my job so much easier.

What do you like best about BrightHire? Brighthire removes a lot of heavy lifting from my day-to-day as a recruiter! I have frequent interviews and often transcribe a call while conducting it, leaving a lot of haphazard notes and having to analyze and distill into feedback.
