"Most appropriate contact management software"

What do you like best about Bric? Love how easy and convenient it is to search and filter out contacts. Really helps in sales funnels and for lead management. It was super easy to import our contacts from our old service. What do you dislike about Bric? The UI was a bit poor, can be improved, but overall it was decent.
