Great for my handyman business
Love the ability to enter jobs and create estimates and invoices right from my phone. One thing that would make it 5 stars is if it had a better CRM in place. I would like to be able to follow up on potential leads. I'm using the notes section to do this now on Breezeworks, but I would like a better system in place in the future.

No looking back!
I own a small HVAC company and we used paper tickets to schedule all of our work. Breezeworks has streamlined this process and in turn saved me money on the tickets that I no longer need. To be able to have my techs get there calls on their phones out in the field, along with adding notes and pictures to refer back to is a huge improvement. It has tremendously helped streamline my business at a very affordable price.
There are lots of CRM programs available. I looked at a few. This is the best for the buck. So far, it does most everything I need, and very cost-effectively. Easily managed right from my phone. I am in the field all day every day. I do 99.9% of the entries and posting from my iPhone. I'm very happy. I spend a fraction of the time dispatching calls that I used to.

This app has saved us so much time.
I love Breezeworks. The amount of time and paper that it has saved us more than compensates for the cost. If I had one criticism it would be the inability to search for a customer by their phone number, however all the advantages I have gained versus similar scheduling programs far out weighs that. Thank you to all of the Breezeworks team.
