"Easy to use, excellent service"

What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? Breeze's customer service is out of this world. They helped our church move data over from another CHMS, and when we ran into multiple problems with the old system, they helped me troubleshoot multiple times. Their customer service is incredibly responsive, with detailed answers to questions, and I can find out a lot online too with a simple search of their Knowledge Base articles. "This is a great, time saving, easy to use church management program."

What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? The most helpful thing about Breeze is the ease of using and learning the program. It is a very intuitive program and this makes it easy for me to figure out how to perform tasks. The ease of using the program means I don't have to look up in manual how to perform a task or run a report. If the information is in the data base, I can run a report to get the exact information that I need.

Excellent software for management purposes

PROS: I love that it doesn't take long to find my way around Breeze's system. I haven't used the tutorials yet, but I checked and saw they have a complete set for whatever you need. Breeze does what I need it to do, from website integration and event registration. It can even be integrated with Mailchimp, so I can send messages with the entire group or a smaller group with specific interests.

Perfect for our group

PROS: Everything is on the cloud, which for us means we can access data anytime we need it and from anywhere we are. The special integrations are also great -- we can include photos and a calendar on our website so families can benefit and encourage more people to sign up.

I love the simple UI

PROS: It's easy to use with an affordable monthly rate and very receptive customer support staff. CONS: It would be great for our recipients to be able to reply to our text messages sent through the tool.

Excellent management software

PROS: With Breeze, it's so easy for me and my team to track attendees using our mobile phones or computer. Among my team, I can assign different roles that I can customize. Some of them can have full access as I do, so they can also view our data and edit it. The others can just take attendance for our church attendees. Great for database streamlining

PROS: Our volunteers and I like that Breeze is so easy to figure out, and it's cost-efficient too. the software might be specifically designed for chapels, but I think a lot of other groups will find it useful too. Their writeups are also helpful in terms of finding our way through the tool. Because it takes care of the admin side, Breeze enables us to focus on other business and how we can keep innovating.

What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? It is easy to use and has the flexibility to adapt to the way we do ministry. We utilize Breeze for check-in for events, especially for weekly children's programs. Group leaders use the "tag" system to manage and communicate with their teams. As the office manager, I utilize all aspects of Breeze from volunteer scheduling, tracking contributions, and managing directory information for our attenders.

What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? The program is easy to use and the customer service is very efficient, prompt in their response, and friendly. Customer service will actually call you back and are very helpful in troubleshooting. Breeze is a great value for donor management software. They have lots of great features such as integration with mail chimp.

Attendance tracker

PROS: It's useful that we have lanyards with scan-ready codes, instead of taking time to search for each person that enters. CONS: Volunteer scheduling could be improved and be made easier to understand, otherwise, the tendency is that we're being penalized for exceeding our volunteer allotment.
