What do you like best? Braze is extremely user friendly. It has a great combination of extensive capabilities while having a user friendly experience. What do you dislike? I wish it had template options while building emails. I wish I could save certain blocks when editing in html. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It really helps us communicate different messages to unique users based on different attributes.

Amazing tool!

What do you like best? Braze is a super helpful tool. It helped me to create lots of segmentations and give the best experience for all of the different types of users that we have. The good thing it's that you can use the platform to increase almost every metric related to the user life cycle - activation, engagement, conversion, reactivation etc. What do you dislike?
