Extremely powerful and easy to use once setup correctly

What do you like best? The segmentation and personalization tools are extremely robust, but still easy to use, which is a combination that is hard to find in the marketing tool world. Easy to Use Tool

What do you like best? I like that Braze is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to start building mobile push campaigns with ease after only one on-boarding lesson. What do you dislike? I'm new to using Braze, and so far there is one thing that I would like improvement on. I wish the engagement reports could be personalized more, especially in terms of formatting. What do you like best? The tool is intuitive, easy to use and the support team is great! What do you dislike? Not a lot, really. Marketing tools are sometimes not easy to use and when being new to custom attributes etc it can be hard to understand but again, support is great What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Braze is extremely easy to use. The way the tool is set up is great for creating campaigns and the data received is easy to comprehend. What do you like best? Braze is amazing, it helps me do analysis by running surveys and marketing campaigns. Creating and executing a campaign is fairly simple as well as tracking and measuring.
