What do you like best? Braze is incredibly versatile and has some of the most dedicated representatives I've ever worked with. Extremely useful tool with a great support team.

What do you like best? That you can personalize and launch messages/campaigns in several channels (i.e. push, in-app, email..) . You can have multiple campaigns going on at once and stay organized using available tools. As a newer user to Braze I cannot say enough about how great the team is. Very responsive and helpful! What do you like best? - User-friendly. It is easy to see and edit all the automated canvas journeys we have running, as well as all of our campaigns. Push, Email, In-app, Personalization, Geolocation all in one platform

What do you like best? The canvas feature allow for a very seamless set up for user journeys and the interface is user friendly. I love that we can intertwine push, in-app and email all within a canvas. This allows us to message our users in the channels they find most valuable.
